PTA Member Meeting
Description
We will hold an in-person meeting to vote on board candidates and the formation of a new committee. This is required by our by-laws and MD PTA.

The in-person meeting will be held in the car circle at SCES on Monday, September 14 at 7pm. All attendees must be masked and follow social distancing measures. The only order of business will be to vote on our new board members and the antiracism committee, which already exists but will qualify for PTA funding following the vote.
We need a quorum of 10 members to hold this meeting. To ensure that we meet the required quorum, we will send out an RSVP for the in-person meeting after the September 9th Zoom meeting.
