At the PTA General Meeting on Tuesday, June 5 we will be electing ofﬁcers to serve on the PTA Executive Committee for the 2018- 2019 school year.
The PTA serves as a liaison between the Sligo Creek parents, students, teachers, and administration. We have a strong PTA and it is important for our children that we continue the great work that our PTA has done. We (Matt, Lionel, Bridget & Jen) cannot continue on the Executive Committee because we have served the maximum term of two years. That means we NEED a Treasurer, President and Vice President (or Co-Presidents) at the very least for our PTA to continue its existence! We also need a VP of Fundraising, VP Communications and VP Academic Affairs.
If you are interested in serving in any way, we also hope to hear from you. We have many volunteer positions that can be done throughout the school year. You can give as much of your time and talents as your schedule allows.

It has been a privilege to serve the Sligo Creek Community and we have enjoyed getting to know families, teachers, staff members, and becoming familiar with the school and how it runs.
